Fifteen members of the YBPS, lead by Team Leader Janelle Taylor, rolled up their sleeves to participate in the New York Cares Day on Saturday October 15, 2011. They celebrated in knowing that they added to the educational development of the students that attend the historic Weeksville School (PS 243) in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The team beautified the auditorium with murals of musical instruments and colorful masks. Eye catching murals of the school's name were also painted throughout the halls.
